A straightforward conversation — usually in person at our Millboro office — about the work, the pay, and your experience. Operators may be asked for a short skills check in the seat.
What to expect: Bring your license and any certifications. Come with questions; we'll answer them straight.
Offer, paperwork, pre-employment drug screen, and safety orientation — then you're on the crew.
What to expect: A first week focused on safety training and getting to know your crew and foreman.
