ABOUT THE ROLE

Operating Scrapers performing Cut to Fill operations, Stripping Topsoil and Respreading Topsoil.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to finish grade
• Perform daily walk-around inspections and basic maintenance
• Coordinate with foremen, grade checkers, and truck drivers on site
• Follow all company and OSHA safety practices

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years operating heavy equipment (grading experience preferred)
• Reliable Transportation to work
• Reliable, safety-minded, and willing to work outdoors year-round
